Fullstack Developers (PHP, NODE.JS)

Invicta is looking for skilled and experienced Fullstack Developers (PHP, Node.js) to join a dynamic team working on scalable, high-performing applications. This is a full-time remote position ideal for developers with strong backend and frontend experience, who thrive in collaborative environments and can work proactively.

Work Hours: 7:00AM – 4:00PM (Bangladesh Time)
Workdays: Monday – Friday
Job Type: Remote (Client-Based in Malaysia)
Compensation: (70K - 90K) BDT

Key Responsibilities:

Development & Deployment:

• Design, develop, and maintain efficient, testable, and reusable code using PHP and Node.js.

• Integrate user-facing elements developed by front-end teams with backend logic.

• Solve complex performance and architectural challenges.

• Develop RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services.

• Create and maintain database schemas using MySQL and MongoDB.

• Work with various storage solutions including key-value and blob stores.

• Ensure high performance and responsiveness of applications.

• Use Git for version control and codebase management.

• Collaborate with Tech Manager/Lead and cross-functional teams for successful project delivery.

Best Practices & Innovation:

• Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies.

Job Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Fullstack Developer with expertise in PHP and Node.js

• Strong frontend/backend integration experience

• In-depth knowledge of MySQL, MongoDB, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery

• Hands-on experience with Node.js frameworks (e.g., Express, Nest, React, or Vue)

• Experience with Git and Agile/Scrum methodologies

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills

• Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote setup

Nice to Have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field

• Experience with additional programming languages (Python, Ruby, Java)

• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines

• Knowledge of microservices and serverless architectures
