Every year all education boards give SSC scholarship based on SSC result. After publishing SSC Exam result , education board select meritorious students for SSC Scholarship. There are eight general education boards and one Madrasha Board in Bangladesh. They are Dhaka Educational Board, Chittagong Education Board, Jessore Education Board, Barishal Education Board, Comilla Education Board, Dinajpur Education Board, Sylhel Education Board, Rajshahi Education Board and Bangladesh Madrasha Education Board.
Students get SSC scholarship result on their education board. SSC scholarship period is 2 years. Student gets stipend for studying HSC level at any college. SSC scholarship is given in two categories - Merit Scholarship and General Scholarship. Students who will be awarded for SSC scholarship will get monthly stipend. They will get more education facilities.
