Major Duties and responsibilities:

• Receive and welcome guest in a friendly and professional way
• Arrange food, accommodation and transportation for guests
• Provide information about amenities, area and venues and promote services
• Coordinate with other departments regarding guest arrangement as per requirement
• Ensure proper documentation and prepare expense bills
• Anticipate guests' needs and build rapport with them
• Response to guests' queries
• Maintain the inventory of guest amenities
• Ensure compliance with company’s policies, rules, regulations & practices

Pre-requisite to apply:

• Masters in English
• Fresh candidates are encouraged to apply
• Candidate must possess excellent planning & execution skills
• Good interpersonal and communication skill
• Well conversant with MS Office
