01. Sale Officer: 

The incumbent will work in a given territory and will be responsible for achieving his/her sales and revenue targets by selling Company Products through effective coverage of pharmacy and non-pharmacy outlets. He/she will ensure continued growth in sales within the assigned territory.

03. Deputy Manager, Production:

·  Department/Division: Manufacturing

·  Job Responsibility:

  • Oversee all line activities of production which include dispensing raw materials, crushing and sieving, blending operation, pouch filling & sealing, packaging and transfer finished products to store etc.
  • Submit various production reports to Head of Production.
  • Prepare URS of production machines & equipment and conduct technical scrutiny.
  • Maintain liaison with QA, Engineering, Purchase, Distribution, Store, Administration & Accounts department for smooth operation; maintain a proficient relationship with the union representatives for congenial atmosphere.
  • Allocate and supervise job of Production Executives, Officers, Operators and Process Workers.
  • Monitor all utility service necessary for production, implementing GMP, timely availability of all raw and packaging materials.
  • Ensure cleanliness & hygiene and control wastage of production.
  • Prepare annual budget for production and facilitate technical & financial audit for a factory.

  • Pharm/M.Sc in Bio Chemistry/Applied Chemistry/Chemistry or Chemical Engineering from a reputed University

04. Distribution Officer:

 ·  Department/Division: Supply Chain

·  Job Responsibility:

  • Coordinate the storage, transportation, and delivery of raw materials and finished goods.
  • Maintain liaise with concern persons to ensure stock is maintained and moved efficiently.
  • Ensure products distribution to Area offices timely as per yearly sales projection.
  • Assist manager to set up a distribution mechanism for relevant items.
  • Plan, implement, monitor and evaluate the distribution process on a monthly basis, in coordination with other stakeholders involved in the distribution
  • Ensure available finished products for smooth distribution and ensure optimum distribution cost.
  • Set up emergency preparedness strategies corresponding to the distribution of different items.
  • Ensure the complementarily of the various stakeholders’ actions in the distribution systems.
  • Act as a focal point for inquiries about relevant distribution process and maintain stock related records manually and electronically.
  • Fulfill all the demands pertaining to the distribution process.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO standards.
  • Preparing release orders and other logistical issues related to the distribution.
  • Arrange transport to distribute finished products and other promotional materials timely.

05. Senior Executive and Executive Officer:

·  Department/Division: Finance and Accounts

·  Job Responsibility:

  • Checking of Suppliers/ Contractors/ Advertising agency bills with preparing relevant vouchers.
  • Valuation of Inventory/Packaging /POP materials.
  • Transfer of fund from Collection A/c to other EL A/Cs- as per operational need
  • Posting all vouchers and submit Reports /Accounts Like Trial Balance/ Trading & P&L A/C.
  • Retain the Earnest money Pay order & Bank Guarantee and also release to the incumbent / Confirm from the Bank as required.
  • Preparation of Accounts of Provident Fund & Gratuity Fund and provide necessary reports as required by the Trustee Board.
  • Assist in preparation of Financial Statements and other Financial Reports on regular basis.
  • Dealing with L/C operation in terms of L/C opening, preparation of vouchers & booking liability into Accounts, L/C Settlement, and payment.
  • Supporting the investment management committee by preparing a feasibility report on the investment portfolio, accounting for investment, periodic reporting.
  • Dealing with banks for L/C, new Account opening, Signatory update, fund position reporting etc.

·  Educational Qualification :

  • MBA/M.Com preferably CA/CMA Partly Qualified

·  Job Requirements :

  • * Age maximum 40 year(s)
  • * Experience in related field minimum 5 year(s)
