- Candidate must be a male Bangladeshi citizen having good physical health.
- Academic qualification: SSC or equivalent certificate. Only published result will be accepted.
- Height: Minimum 05 Feet 06 Inch.
- Chest: Normal position: Minimum 32 Inch and Expanded position: Minimum 34 Inch.
- Weight: Minimum 50 Kg. Over weight according to height will not be acceptable.
- Recruitment/ Placement will be made on regional basis depending on the priority.
- Employed candidates will apply through proper channel.
- Age : Not over 32 years on 31 March 2018 for trained Ansar. Not over 40 years on 31 March 2018 for regular retired person. No affidavit in respect of age will be acceptable.
- Probation period : Selected candidates will be given regular scale in the rank of Armed Guard as per Bank’s rules. They will undergo 01 (one) year probation period and after completion of the period, they will be confirmed in the service of the Bank.
- During the appointment, if any candidate(s) is left out having same marks in the merit list, may be considered for appointment. In that case, the number of appointment will exceed the approved number.
- Posts remaining/ falling vacant due to non joining/ leaving the organization immediately after joining, then the required number of Armed Guards will be filled from respective merit list which will remain valid for 06 (six) months from the date of joining after first call.
- Selected candidates shall have to serve anywhere in Bangladesh.
- Only short listed candidates will be called for selection.
- Management of the Bank reserves the right to reject any or all applications without assigning any reason whatsoever.
- The closing date for submission of application is by 6:00 p.m. of 15 May 2018.
