Requirement
The candidates must be below 30 years of age as of 13th August 2017. They must have an accredited university degree in any of the following disciplines with a minimum CGPA of35 in the last degree and no third division/Class/equivalent CGPA in their academic career.
- Business related subject I.e. BB/MBA
- Bank Management
- Accounting/Finance/Banking/Marketing
- Economics
- Mathematics/Statistics
- LL.M
- B.Sc. (Engineering)
- English
The Candidates Must Possess The Following Competencies/ Skills:
- Strong numerical ability
- Strong communication & Interpersonal skills
- Analytical & presentation skills
- Ability to work independently
- Leadership ability
- Excellent IT literacy
Job Location:
Selected candidates will have to serve the organization at any of its offices/branches

During the one year trainee period MTOs will get a monthly consolidated pay of Tk.31500. On successful completion of the trainee period, MTOs will be directly confirmed as ASSISTANT MANAGER with the admissible benefit of the regular pay scale.
Indemnity Bond:
Before Joining, MTO’s must give indemnity bonds for serving the organization for a minimum period of four years including the trainee period.
Selection Procedure:
Only short listed candidates will be called for the Written Test based on merit and successful applicants will be asked to face Viva-voce.
