Job Responsibility
- Prepare effective route plan and schedule for drivers, and ensure eight (8) hours working policy.
- Manage drivers and helpers through effective communication, and make sure that they are aware of their duties at all times.
- Monitor fuel consumption of all vehicles by checking and controlling KPL (kilometer per liter) of each vehicle.
- Ensure timely renewal of vehicle registration, fitness, route permit, tax and manage insurance claim to avoid undue payment.
- Maintain accurate and on time entry of all ‘trip recording’ (such as fuel consumption, trip time calculations, etc.) of vehicles in ERP system and prepare report as and when required.
- Collect quotations from vendors and suppliers. Also, negotiate with them to minimize price offers.
- Prepare Comparative Statement (CS). Make Purchase Order in ERP after approval of CS.
- Purchase material as per requisition received from departments/units.
- Salary & Benefit: Attractive package will be offered commensurate with experience & qualification.
- Prepare bills and process them properly. Afterwards, submit bills to appropriate concerns.
- Supervise overall vehicle maintenance. Purchase vehicle spare parts with best price and quality.
- Receive requisitions, samples, chalans, bills and so on.
- Keep proper records in MIS and ERP. Prepare invoice in ERP.
