About ICB Islami Bank:

The ICB Islami Bank has been incorporated on April, 1987 as a public limited company under the Companies Act, 1913 to undertake and carry out all kinds of banking, financial and business activities, transactions and operations in strict compliance with the principles of Islamic Law (Shariah) relating to business activities in particular avoiding usury in credit and sales transactions and any practice which amounts to usury. Certificate for commencement of business has been issued to the bank on April, 30, 1987. The Bank has been authorized by the Bangladesh Bank to carry on the banking business in Bangladesh with effect from May 4, 1987. However, actual banking operations commenced on May 20, 1987. All kinds of commercial banking services are provided by the bank to the customers observing the provisions of the Bank Company Act 1991, Bangladesh Bank's directives and the principles of Islamic Shariah.

ICB Islamic Bank Ltd a Shariah based commercial bank in Bangladesh is looking for dynamic individuals for the following Senior Positions.

1. Head of Business

• Supervise a dedicated sales tean1 and achieve business targets.
• Take complete ownership of business activities of all retail & corporate products.
• Target oriented and have strong relationship with new & existing cust01uers.

Education Qualification: MBA/ MBM / Masters any reputed University with good academic record.

• At least 12-15 years banking experience including 5 years as Head of Business/Sales.
• The applicants should have experience in Corporate, SME & Retail Banking, Cash Management, Business/Product Development, Brand Management, Market development, Customer Relationship.
• Adequate Knowledge of structured finance & loan syndication and able to handle any deal.

2. Head of Finance & Accounts

• Preparation of accounts & financial staten1ents of the bank.
• Timely Subn1ission of reports to the regulatory authorities.
• Co-ordinate with statutory auditors, internal auditors, regulatory authorities, review & ensure compliance of their findings.
• Plan, direct & coordinate the i1uplementation of effective accounting & financial policies & procedures.

Education Requirement: Qualified Chartered Accountants, Management Accountants, MBA in Finance & Accounting preferred. Experience:

• Experienced Accountants without CA/MBA qualification will also be considered. Candidate must have at least 10 years’ experience in accounting & finance in a major financial institution/ reputed commercial Bank in an executive capacity / departmental head.

3. Executive Assistant to the Managing Director Requirement : Smart, Efficient Graduate/Post Graduate, preferably in Banking/Business Studies. Age: 21 - 30 years.
