To extend Bank’s Islamic Banking portfolio, the Bank is looking for a PROJECT DIRECTOR who will be responsible for implementation of new operation model and will report to the President & Managing Director of the Bank.

Job Description: Responsibilities for the position will include but not limited to:
- To modify existing business operation model of Islamic Banking in order to extend its business volume.
- To design & implementation of policies to boost up business through bank’s existing Islamic Banking Windows.
- To adopt of strategy/techniques to increase bank’s Islamic banking business portfolio.
- To develop, launch and manage sustainable SME/Retail/Micro Investment/Agriculture/Agent Banking product for Islamic Banking.
- To develop required new organogram of Islamic Banking in view of new operation model.
- To arrange required recruitment and training.
- To establish industry relationships to help leverage Islamic Banking positioning within and the Market.
Requirements:
- Post-graduate preferable in Banking & Finance/Economics/Islamic Banking & Finance.
- All-round experience in Islamic Banking with focus in policy making.
- Minimum 15(fifteen) years and above experience in the relevant field.
- Strong leadership skills, self-motivation and drive, capable to work in challenging environment.
- Excellent verbal, communication and interpersonal skills.
